Please read these terms before downloading or using Grid+.

Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Grid+, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Grid+ is an open-source macOS desktop application for viewing, editing, sorting, filtering, searching, and exporting tabular data files. The software is provided under the MIT license.

License

Grid+ is distributed under the MIT license. You may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies of the software subject to the conditions in the license. Source code is available at https://github.com/nsourov/gridplus.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for unlawful purposes
  • Misrepresent modified versions as the official release without clear notice
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise our website or update infrastructure

Your data and responsibilities

You are responsible for the files you open and edit with Grid+, including backing up important data. The app processes files locally on your Mac, but you should maintain your own backups before making changes.

Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, and improvements. The app may download and install updates automatically when you approve them or when update settings allow.

Disclaimer

Grid+is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every use case. You use the app at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grid+ and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version will always be available at https://gridplus.app/terms.
